It says 2 free in 12 months for lost/stolen.
Damaged cards I have to phone or go in branch.
I may have to go into branch and ask, which I was going too anyway. Just thought i'd ask anyone who may know more than me.
If it is two different digits at the end, then I can't get the £65, as the site won't budge without it.
Is their any statement of any sort that a bank could give me, to send to the gaming site to confirm it's me? I seem to recall someone saying something similar in the past.0 -
You say the paint has just rubbed off so cnat you just use a silver pen or something and paint the numbers, this would then able you to photo copy the card0

I could try a black pen, as the numbers are in black. I can see a small outline of the missing numbers.
I did think of that, but will have to be careful I get it spot on.0 -
Surely they will allow you to register the new debit card and withdraw onto that. Otherwise, how do they deal with people whose cards expire, or who change bank account, prior to them wanting to withdraw funds?
Until verified, they need all cards on the account. Once verified, will never need to do it again.0 -
Well, i've written the numbers on. They aren't perfect, I just hope it's good enough.0

From the site...
"A photocopy of the front of the card you have registered and used on your bingo account. Please show the name, last four digits and expiry date.
This is in order that we may verify all the details provided correspond to the details held on your account."0 -
If it's an embossed card, the numbers will still show on a photocopy even if the ink has rubbed off - just set the bright levels up a little. What would William Shatner do?0
