Microsoft Outlook problems

had problems with outlook today

had no new emails since fri
tried sending a test email which was fine except I didn't receive it

but each time I click 'send and receive' I get the same 4 emails through, repeatedly

    log onto your ISP's website, log into webmail and delete that mail and see what's there for you. Then do a send and receive and see if you get your other mails through.

    those 4 problem emails are in the webmail, but no newer ones
    deleted them but can't shift them from the deleted box and send and receive in Microsoft Outlook is still repeating those 4 emails

    Log a support call with your ISP
    There may be a problem with their server or it could be they've changed something and that's what is causing your problem.
  • I don't know if this is related???

    I keep getting an email with an attached file from an unknown source. But I have the senders address at f9.co.uk AVG has picked up it contains a virus 'Win3'

    I use OE. Although I've deleted it and blocked the sender in messages - I still keep recieving it. It does go to the deleted file and AVG virus vault collects info. But, I thought I shoudn't keep receiving it; having blocked it.

    Should I :confused:

    If this is normal how can I stop receiving this pesky email?
