    Morning

I am so tired as is DD this morning but sent her off to school this morning and left her crying at the window...:( Anyway she is only there until 12:30 then she can have a quiet afternoon as DH is looking after her and I can't imagine he will do anything with her

Actually I keep feeling really really dizzy, god I hope I don't pass out im on my own in the shop.

Sammy do some retail therapy for me and I think you should buy a Garmin too ;)

Bookie hope things go ok and I am sure now you have made the decision to shut things will just start to fall into place easier than you think

I want one of those, my nikeplus band has started to go a bit haywire, so now I want a garmin, but they are quite expensive

Thank you BB - that is so helpful. :T
I must confess I'd have gone for the boring shot!
I shall nip home beforehand now and fill some Morrison's bags with a few tins.

Yep, I had the Nike + and I hated it. Whenever people say they are buying one I do like to point out its faults. I think its fine to start with but I ended up having to calibrate it constantly and then when the battery goes you can't replace it, you have to buy another. So in the long run if you are serious getting a garmin works out cheaper and more cost effective. Sure Becky will say a stop watch is the cheap and more cost effective way but I like to have a gadget :p;)

its doesn't make you run faster Bookie but it allows you to stick at a pace. So when I am running along it tells me what my Mile per minute pace is. I find it impossible to pace myself correctly and this makes sure I don't go off to quickly and then try and maintain a steady pace...theoretically

Go for a nice tight shot of the girls with the bags and the adults up close to the camera - try not to have much stuff in the background.

This is a bit more interesting shot - if they were all holding tins, packets or carrier bags of food or maybe different coloured bricks if there are any available from the hospice this would be good if there was some way of getting above them.

Oh me too Sally, I love gadgets, that's why I mentioned it on here and not on the running thread as I know Becky doesn't like them :D

I'm all at a loss now. DH and I were supposed to be going to a posh do for his work this weekend, but we found out last night that he had double booked and is supposed to be taking his son to the Bruce Springsteen thingy in London, so the posh do is cancelled. I am now currently studying runners world to see what 5 or 10ks are around this Sunday and maybe see if there are any spaces left

ah yes he is bringing his oil isn't he...now I remember ;)
He sounds lovely snags and if you are able to chat thats always a great start! You do realise that tonight will be one of those nights that the kids don't go to bed...you are going to have to wear them out so they are tired!

Yes...I was slightly worried about the massage thing but while we were chatting last night, he reassured me very subtly that he does just mean 'massage'.

Ryan is no problem, I can persuade him to take his melatonin a bit earlier than usual :o but will need to make sure Natasha only has one nap today, so she's tired out by 7pm!

Eeeek, I don't know what to wear!!!!
