    FOR THE RECORD

In Telford County Court on 25th June 2009 - Hearing Time 12:00 under case number 9QT15658.

Judgement for Combined Parking Solutions, hearing lasted approx 50mins.
Case was fully defended by defendant + Other (maybe from one of the sites, not confirmed)

£143.48 (which was £135 parking charge + interest)
    £25 court issue fee
    £25 hearing fee
    £16.40

Total to pay by defendant = £219.88, within 14-days

Copy of order will appear on CPS website (under legal info) .. normally takes approx 1-2 weeks to arrive.

P.S.. Nope it wasnt setup, Nope it wasnt a stooge, Nope it was not undefended, Nope it was not by default .. YES it was a fully defended case on all the normal arguments (penalty, did not see signs).

If you want to know more .. obtain transcript from court

As Perky likes to get the local press involved, I was disappointed to see nothing on www.Shropshirestar.com - the local paper for Telford (and sister paper to the Wolvo Express and Star).

For such a groundbreaking, precedent setting decision, why no press?

Could just of easily have been from Mars, not confirmed.

As promised, update on the next case I listed previously in this thread:

Northampton County Court, Ladys Lane, Northampton.
    Combined Parking Solutions -v- Pearson
    Case Number: 8QZ01099

Case was fully defended, present were defendant & 1 witness and also the claimant.

Judgement given to Combined Parking Solutions, so yet again the PPC won.

Defendant had 3 tickets over a 12month time period, usual stuff penalities, no loss etc...

    Total Awarded : £579.61 payable within 14-days

    Ticket Cost: £405.00
    Interest : £40.41
    Issue Fee : £35.00
    Hearing Fee: £50.00
    Travel : £49.20

This can all be confirmed, as always, by callling the court directly.

(over to PerkysaLiar or another of his Ids to start waffling on about his normal nonsense)

I will make a prediction. ALL the cases mentioned in post number 7 by infotouch will result in victories for Perky.
Coincidence? or is there some manipulation going on. Alternatively we may have entered the Twighlight Zone where all is not as it seems.

A list of forthcoming cases was asked, and it was provided and we are just reporting the outcomes of the cases.

Nothing in the 'real legal world' is a cert, if we wanted to manipulate the truth like certain members of forums do then we would have only mentioned cases after we have won and not listed them before the hearing.

On the law of averages there will be cases PPCs lose, that is a cert but the vast majority are won and this is evident by the factual information posted.

If I wanted to make a sweeping generalisation then I could say that all cases that are prepared by a PPC with a good solid, factual and legal viewpoint will ALWAYS result in a win for the PPC - However as I have said in the 'real legal world' such a generalisation would be wrong so I will leave it to the forum 'eagles' to make the generalisation that a good solid defence will always win.

I have a feeling that next weeks court hearing may be interesting and cause people to come out of their holes in the ground and toast their success with a 'win', but lets wait and see (PerkysaLiar and his other names on forums know what I mean eh !!!) - but it may be a hollow victory for the defendant if the case is 'thrown' ;)

Shooting the breeze with D last week. He collapsed into laughter when telling of Perky's attempt to take money from him. I thought he was having apoplexy. I think he has dined out on the story for many years. Nice to know that Perky is not just a figure of fun for the Eagles.
:rotfl: I have just spoken to Perky in relation to another issue and mentioned your comments about BPA and 'D', his exact words were:

Many people pretend to know me, especially on those forums, I am not sure if they think it gives them some sort of power or if they are just jealous of me or the business and just aspire to be me, it is clear this individual does not know me - If he does then let him put something about me that is not in the public domain, speaking with 'D' come on, how many people have names starting with 'D'. (your comments are so comical I have even given you a Thank You for making my day a little lighter)

He states you are either someone who has been beaten by a parking company, very probarly CPS or even worse you work for a parking company and are jealous of CPS and the fact they have been around for a short while and in that time proven they can be the best at enforcement and have shown the others 'how to do it', in any event as for knowing personally, unlikely (you wish but in the absence of any evidence as mentioned above we have to presume you are just a dreamer).

Going back to what I originally called him about, there are apparantly 4 more cases involving PPCs in the next week, One with Cps, one with Excel and two with G24.

Hee hee. Easy tiger Perky. You do not want to go over exerting yourself with your physique. Try to keep the venom under wraps. This kind of poison will only turn inwards in the end. You have to save your strength for trips around the country chasing shadows. Its not really anyone's fault you could not hack it in the private parking world. Maybe if you had stuck to the task and not been sidetracked by your demons you could be something other than a joke.
I am taking it easy, I never let lesser beings irritate me, I just play along until I get bored.

I already said I am not perky but I appreciate it is difficult for you to understand, I have to say Perky is quite interested in you and between us we suspect we know who you are.

Now there is a D and if we are correct D has not only been made to pay a parking charge but been stuffed in court not once, not twice but on 3 different occasions by Perky, D even hired a barrister to present his case but even then was defeated - but then again threats and being vulgar does not go well in the professional setting of a court.
Now I could elaborate on who D is, and even the company D works for and is a shareholder of, I am sure that would be an interesting read on the forums ..

As for physiche, D is apparantly well over BMI for obese so pot/kettle is truly in play here.
So are we right is D who we think? would it be DK ?? Just is it dean or dale ? you can at least tell me that.

Would the users of the forum like to see court docs when a PPC was sued and lost it ? Or the great director of a PPC ripping signs down of a competitor who is "no threat" then gets arrested and cautioned ? Then gets stuffed in another CCJ for the signs and damage and not paying a parking ticket issued by Perkys company ?

It could also be good for a sticky on here and the other forums, how to deal with tickets issued by xxxxxx Ltd, maybe even registering a website with all the docs on.

You could cause your friend D (or maybe you are D, Perky remembers a call from D some time ago begging him to remove a posting about D and being stuffed) and his company some (rather alot) of embarrassment here, over to you :rotfl:
