PPC Court Action

In view of all the good advice on this forum about ignoring any communications from PPC's. It might be instructive for us all to know if anyone on this forum has ever been pursued to the courts by one of these companies. I am not refering to the odd one or two cases that have appeared in the news. I presume that the answer will be no, but who knows, maybe possibly someone out there knows different. This question is aimed at possible victims and not PPC apologists.
I must say, It has been a bit of an eye opener to read some of these posts and the answers. Keep up the good work folks!!

I've had tickets from Parking Eye (received two letters only), AS Securi-T (one letter only) and Excel (two letters from Excel and one from their associated debt recovery agents).

    No court action.

And I quite expect the same answer will come if you ask on Pepipoo as well.

Someone claiming to be the guy from the most recent Excel Parking court failure has posted.

When i park out and about i am happy knowing that it is only the police or the local authority parking attendants who can give me a ticket, and take me to court legally.

Anyone else has no chance of getting money out of me

Thanks for the replies. Much as I expected. But I thought that I would ask anyway just out of curiosity. I do tend to limit my parking to the specified time or less, but you never know if something might delay your return. The most likely scenario would be the stupid "no return for 4 hours" one.

I understand that at least 2 companies have hearings within the next month - for example there is a case in Telford on 25th June (full hearing), 3rd July in Northampton (full hearing), 7th July in Chester (full hearing) and 21st July in Portsmouth (full hearing).
I understand that the one in Chester (at least) has been prepared by experts from at least one of the forums, but from 'sources' they have been very quiet about it and will only accept they have helped in they (the defendant) win and if they lose then they will deny ever helping.

My goodness, Perky, it must be a full-time job keeping records of all the different usernames and passwords you use to post on here, CAG and Pepipoo!!!

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

No posts on other forums Bargepole, and I am not Perky.
I am very well connected but afraid I am not Perky, not that I care if you believe me or not.
Please do not confuse topic, the poster asked for court info, he/she has that - end of.

Actually you have not provided any facts. Would you care to do so or alternatively would you care to go on Pepipoo.com and leave the details there so it can be discussed.

I understand this is the chester one:

    Topic: 32190 on Pepipoo

    and topic

    154318-final-demand-court-action.html on the CAG site

Lots of interest and input/feedback from the experts of at least one of the forums, but from 'sources' they have been very quiet about it and will only accept they have helped in they (the defendant) win and if they lose then they will deny ever helping.
