Feefee, hope you are feeling better today, big hugs to you, sounds like you do loads xx

I’m so miserable today. I woke up worn out for the third day running, finding it really hard to sleep here for a number of reasons and so we couldn’t go out and do what we’d planned….again. DH said why don’t we go home today instead of tomorrow as planned so that I can have a good sleep tonight at home. Nice idea, really tempted to do so, but has he done anything to get the place ready so we can go? Nope. I’ve packed a few bits, and I’ve asked him to hoover which I really really can’t cope with doing but he’s just lying on the sofa. He’s only got an hour to do it in as we have a friend coming over for a couple of hours later. We have to leave the place nice for when my parents come home.

I just can’t cope with anything at the moment. The last three days have been a wash out really, apart from Wednesday night when our friends came over. That was fun. But DH really wanted to go to a couple of places and I haven’t been up to it. I feel so bad for him.

Sorry to come on here and moan.

I starting typing this and OH shouted on me tell me MichealJackson has died scarey stuff.
DH came up to bed at about midnightish and I woke up and he told me about Michael Jackson dying. I was so shocked, didn't believe him for ages!

Hugs FFP, hope the kids go away soon!

Hugs Toots, hope you are feeling better now and that the plasterboarding is all done. Glad that Toxic was so useful yesterday

    Tooch, nice nappy cake

Sexy, great news about the interview

Fedup, I saw Famous Rich and Homeless too, it was really moving wasn’t it. It could happen to anyone so easily, it’s awful

Hugs Sarah and Soappie, I hope you are both ok

Greenbee I hope things turn out exactly as you would like workwise and I hope you enjoy your leave. It’s sweet that your team cares so much about what happens to you

Glad you had a good time away Carol, and hope your cold is better soon

I've been reading the thread backwards, so that I'm more up to date with how you all are.

I'm going to have to hoover instead of waiting for DH to do it. He's just lying on the sofa watching tennis. I can't cope with the mess but I can't cope with doing anything about it, but it's bugging me so much I'm going to have to do something

Lots of progress on the de-cluttering front!

I have in a display cabinet lots of stuff that used to belong to my Grandma. This includes some cut glass vases that are rather stained - best way to get them back to shiney anyone? Don't say stardrops, it sets my hands off. I have 'magic balled' the stains out of the bottom but struggling with getting the rest to sparkle.

    Afternoon all

Been a very long day on the school trip and sorry to say I did not enjoy it for many reason (and neither did any of the other helpers/staff so not just me:p)

Just had one cuppa and going to have another.

Nice and quiet here as DS1&2 have gone to play tennis and DS3 is at a friends.

Need to sort out something for dinner and do something but not sure what yet.
Think I might have to 'man up' and go on the techie board - they scare me though and are very rude to each other from what I've read. I can be a numpty with computers (it's my age!) and want to know how to get rid of cookies as I'm sure your supposed to on a regular basis. Do de-frag/disck clean up etc but haven't/can't/don't know how/don't know if I should. Wish me luck!! I may be crying by the time I come off the board. In fact I need a coffee and nicotine before I dare go on there! LOL

I've always found the techies great. I don't defrag but do virus scan regularly. Deleting cookies is easy once you know how - good luck.
