Been for my Slimming World weigh in - another 4lb this week, which means I have lost 19.5lbs since 11th May, and only have another 16lb to my target. Really quite pleased with myself :j. I just need to find a clothes shop that is in my budget range, has clothes I actually like and that doesn't involve a multi storey car park.
Well done at the weight loss you have done great :T I don't get the MS thing - do you have a fear of them:confused:

Fingers crossed for your BF SSL

Huston - I don't know the answer to your question but would recommend you start a thread on the ebay board, they are very knowledgeable.

Anything to get out of having a family party:rotfl:.

No flying today just dailies, no work tomorrow though so will catch up then, have done WM x2 ready to put out in the morning, also going to make a pasta sauce for tea tomorrow.

    .

Nope, just struggle to get the Landrover in them as it is too tall and rather big to manage small turning circles! I wonder if I can get into the ground floor at Meadowhall? Does anyone know if there are height barriers?

Thanks for the congratulations - it does show just how badly I ate and didn't exercise at all before though :o. Toots - exactly, luckily I had kept a couple of old suits from pre children that are fairly classic or it could be a lot worse. With doing consultancy I have to wear the right stuff.

I made myself sort the stuff for the morning and S&S the kitchen so at least that is done. Glad it is the BR though, must strip the beds before I go to work then I can catch up with the rest later. Off to read Rebecca in the bath now with a cup of Tea. I do know how to live!
