    Morning
couldnt sleep after 6 so am up and about as have invitations to finish designing. I dont care if people think we're cheap, they say what we want them to say.

Currently slurping tea while I catch up then OH will be home in about 15 mins so wont get much done then

Valli - glad DS is not pining any longer and like you I think I'd steer in the direction of #3. And I'm not a big fan of ice cream either. My kids always moan that there's never any in, ice lollies on the other hand I have to stop buying otherwise I'd eat about 6 an evening
lilme - I've tried the 10 mins every day before bed, she is just anti anything mum asks her to do and reverse psychology doesnt work ether, she's clever enough to work that one out!
    carol22
    - I redo lots of things the others do, even reloading the DW!

Talking of which DW is on now, and I need to get DD's curtains out of the dryer and iron to put back up. Not that she was worried not having any last night, she never closes them when she's got them up anyway

    Rght more invite work

    see ya's later
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Those before pics look very much like my DD's bedroom:o
And you had the guts to show them to everyone:T:T:T

If you can do it I can too, after work instead of turning on the lappy, I am gonna hit her room with a vengeance:j:j:j

Another Northumberland fan here, the beach at Bamburgh is simply stunning :D and the castle is spectacular :T:T:T

As for ice-cream chat away, I am not really a fan either

my feet hurt so much I can't sleep anymore, and I'm walking like a little old lady I'm so creaky! The house is a tip, but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do much about it today.

Kaz - well done on getting your DD's room sorted. The before pics are enough to put people off having children!

Think I might go back to bed for a bit. It's lovely and sunny outside, so I'm hoping I'll recover soon and be able to get the house sorted today.

    Morning All

I have washing on the line and the washing from yesterday back in the WM. We've attempted to do DS's fingerpricks again this morning but he was so scared he wouldn't even give DH his hand to do it so it's been abandoned again. I'm going swimming with the kids and my mum this morning whil DH finishes building my dad's wall with him.

Piggers - you've done loads today well done - are you making space so we can come and visit during the hols?

Kaz - you've done a fab job in DD's bedroom.

Hope everyone has a good day today

    Hugs

    Jue

Greenbee - why don't you go and sit in the garden with your feet in soak and relax!

Because that would involve persuading my legs to go down the stairs... but thanks for the suggestion - I'll save it for later!

    .

You poor thing. Have you tried bathing them? I have before concocted a footbath using fresh rosemary from the garden and a bit of olive oil. I just lobbed the rosemary in boiling water in a bowl with the olive oil then let it cool and stuck my feet in it for 10 minutes or so. It really seemed to help.
