    ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh I have a new toy:rotfl:
Last week I went and bought (second hand) an electric riser and recliner leather armchair. My mate and the gardener have just delivered it and its great - it means that I will be properly supported when I am sitting and if I fall asleep in the chair it will be ok. They are expensive new upwards of £400 fro a decent one - I paid £60 and apart from the leather needing a bit of a clean where it looks like it has taken on denim colouring fromm jeans its in very good condition.
hello sexy honey! you sound well prepared for your interview etc - that was an inspired idea to speak to the art expert- hope Dh has success with the mortgage.
Right I may attempt the cupboard under the stairs IF someone says that if I go in they'll rescue me if I can't get out! I have at least 6 boxes of books in there do you think I should charity shop them??????????? I may even venture into the walk in cupboard in my room, on second thoughts that's too big a job even for me, I may get killed by falling LP's (who's idea was it that I live with a DJ?????????)
FFP hi sweetpea, no job is too big - you just have to break it down into small manageable chunks and it doesnt have to done all at the same time - so decide which cupboard is worst and do it - one small shelf at a time - no more - take the stuff off the shelf - sort through it and be ruthless and only put back what should live there. Rehome anything that has been on vacation on that shelf and bin any carp - 30-60 mins - NO MORE! and do that over the week until you have it sorted. You can do it I know you can - but baby steps!!!!

    toots xx

    Morning All

I have been ironing since 7am! I'm just going to see if the washing on the line is dry and then iron that and the few things that are left. I haven't caught up with the thread yet but I will do shortly.

So holly I'll join you at 12 but I'll be doing a HHI and I've joined in every other HHC/HHI that's been going this morning as I haven't stopped ironing!

How very very strange - only part of my last post appeared - just as well I still had the whole thing so here is the rest of it!

hello rach -thats brilliant that you only have 2 days left to work! and if you get the deep cleaning done that you want to catch up on you wont have to worry too much when you start your new job - it will ease the pressure a bit. :T:T
hex do the horrid hall and get it out of the way - anything else will seem like a doddle after it - but do you need to disturb Tiger - awh bless - he is so cute.

[QUOTE=pigpen;22828705I_woke up and thought.. hmm... I need to fling that table out of the back room today.. nip up the road for a piece of cusshion floor and rip up a crappet... AND see if I can convince myself to unblock the loo and then maybe mince the grass and trim the bush before it takes up the whole street!![/QUOTE]
pigpen .... so was it all a pasing thought or are you on a roll!!
huston (((hugs))) hope you lie-down helps - exercise/activity is good fro the blue - what about something outside?
jinky - are you hunting for excuses not to fly!!!:rotfl::rotfl: try to do little jobs or next weekend you will be totally p1ssed off that you have so much to do.

    :eek:it just gets WORSE!!!:rotfl:
he's a good lad really just needs a rocket up his backside to get going.

I think they should sell those rockets in the supermarkets, they'd sell like hotcakes!!

Mrs B, you sound really stressed – getting your kids to help out more sounds like a great idea. How on earth did they get toothpaste on the ceiling???

THAT is the million dollar question!!
This morning I asked them to have a quick tidy of their rooms (not much to do only things they'd played with this morning, as Ive been patrolling the rooms all week!!) and thought Id push my luck and ask them to hoover them as well!!!:D DS1 & DD both did it happily AND DS1 hoovered the landing too :D:D And neither have collapsed from the extra work!! Which just goes to show!!!
an electric riser and recliner leather armchair.

oooo I might have to get one of those!! (and I dont need one:rotfl:) Sounds great Toots

juliejim...ironing since 7.30am?:eek: better woman than me!! I MUST tackle mine this weekend... if only there would come a day when I'd done all the washing and would never have to do it again!

Am still seriously considering giving up smoking.... realised this morning Ive been smoking 17 years :eek: Doesn't feel that long :(

    Have a great day all

:rotfl:If you have made someone laugh today... check your skirt isn't tucked into your knickers!!!:rotfl:
