    PLEASE FEEL FREE TO IGNORE!!

New one this week.. for those who have extra weekend time and can't function without tasks... lol If you don't have time or want to spend time with your family that is brilliant.. go for it. It is a list of 15 tasks to do over the weekend if you get chance.. no pressure at all.. just ideas!

This is also a chance to get hubby's and children involved in the flying ;)
    1. S&S the kitchen
    2. S&S the bathroom!
    3. Extra 30 minutes ironing
    4. Sort through the freezer.. what do you have loads of and what needs using first.. vacuum up those escaping peas and brussels!!
    5. Change any bedding you didn't get chance to do over the week!
    6. Meal plan for the next week and make a shopping list... based on what you found in the freezer
    7. Make sure you have everything ready for school/work for monday.. pe kits, socks, homework done etc.
    8. Fill a binbag for charity shop or bin.. or better still do both!!
    9. Wash any nets & clean any windows that need it
    10. Sort through one cupboard.. food, clothing.. whatever
    11. Tidy the airing cupboard/pantry/understairs cupboard..
    12. Vacuum those places that you missed during the week, or worse, miss every week!!.

    Morning all,

Hugs to everyone who needs or wants one. OH has just gone off to the Building society to find out if he can get a mortgage. I'm off to the gym for 10 and then meeting him in town for lunch at M&S (using his voucher from work to pay for it).

Thank you for all of the good luck messages for my interview next Wednesday. I was supplying in a school yesterday that I do some fairly regular supply at, and asked the art expert there for advice. She has helped me to plan the lesson and given me advice on how I could follow it up. She couldn't think of anyone who was famous for painting butterflies, but the brief says:
Please consider an artist working with nature e.g. butterflies, wild flowers etc. Discuss a painting from the artist (please include a lesson plan on how you would take the learning further)
so she suggested I look at Georgia O'Keeffe as she painted enlarged flower heads. I will have to find out if the school have magnifying glasses and sketching pencils etc that the children can use to help them, but hopefully this should be a nice lesson. She also gave me tips on how to support children who are struggling, so it was great. Feeling quietly confident about the observation part now - just need to make sure that I don't talk too much, so the children have enough time to work - 30 mins for a lesson isn't very long at all if they have to be "actively learning".

I must do some flying before I go though, as don't think I've got any stars yet this week cos dipped out of the thread again.

    Anyone fancy a HHC 915-9.45?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    It's a family affair today!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
