http://www.0for10.co.uk/ just says page expired now. Does anyone know if I can still get the 0% BT without fee in the branch? Does it make a difference if I am a barclays current account holder?

If you go to barclays.co.uk and select the card from there, then you can still get the 0% deal for 10 months with no balance transfer fee.

I phoned them to do the BT today, as it's a platinum card we avoid the 0870 number.....it's 0800 9177 277.

A 6.9% life of balance rate was mentioned when I phoned instead of the 0%....no mention of this £1 a month spending mentioned above. Obviously I took the 0%.

Would be good to know whether the statements note the end of the 0% period....I may ring them to find out when mine ends exactly so I don't get caught out in January/February.

Bosses link shows 2.5% BT fee. I picked up a leaflet in branch earlier this week that stated no 2.5% fee - maybe they are still available.

I ended up applying via the 0for10 website - hope they stick by the terms showing when I signed up.

Interesting. When I applied on sunday there was no fee. As you quite rightly say, now there is a fee mentioned. I hope they are going to stick to how it was when I applied.

    Interesting.
Very interesting indeed. Didn't the previous offer state "the closing date for this offer is 26th April"? (today is the 13th April, meaning they've pulled it nearly 2 weeks early).

Anyway, the closing date for the new (standard Barclaycard application) offer is 5th May, so maybe they'll bring something else out then?

Also, the latest offer is 17.9% APR. Wasn't the previous one 14.9% APR?

Thanks for giving the date. I'm planning on quoting it when I get my BT

Please post on here if you get any problems and how they are resolved (I will do the same). I applied on Monday, and took prints of the t&c's I signed up for including no BT fee so fingers crossed they don't try to move the goalposts.

I applied via barclays.co.uk on 4 April (coincidentally just a few hours before that week's money tip popped into my in box saying the offer was closed) and have heard nothing since. In light of the above posts I tried calling daveboy's freephone number to see what was going on but of course the office is closed for Easter so I'll have to wait until next week unless they're open tomorrow.

I'l be livid if I don't get the fee-free offer which I applied for, especially because I was going to get my husband too apply too and stooze both lots of money into our mortgage! (And since I'm self-employed with a low-ish income and already stoozing on Egg, they might reject me, or at least give me a pants limit!)
