Really it's time for B&Q to own up and say they were wrong.
They have been proven to be wrong before (Beckett v B&Q) and this is similar. Not good for public relations having to have your customers needing to sue/threaten to sue when already proven wrong. Heads should roll at the top for allowing this to continue at least four years - amazing.
Shareholders are entitled to ask, "What the hell is going on", probably the judge as well.
Is there a Mr Ratner on the board by any chance??

looks like I have had my morning patrol visit from Bond Pearce who act for B&Q. Maybe they like looking at the countdown timer.

When the timer expires, I was thinking of using the space to sell for advertising, do you think Homebase would like it?
