We ordered on of these after seeing on hotdeals site, and I have come across this thread today.

I have rung B&Q as they have taken our money but not contacted us about delivery. The online ordering section were nice but said order had been cancelled due to 'stock error' when I asked for compensation as they have only refunded our money last night at 8pm after keeping it since Sunday I was referred to customer services - what a joke, They were really rude, I went through details to be told it was an error, when I pointed out that I ordeedr sunday and it was only last night they got round to refunding me i was told it was becuase they hadn't spotted it. when I asked for compensation as they had taken my money under false pretences and kept it for nothing she laughed and said go to trading standards then!!!!! what an awful place to deal with, I certainly won;t be using them again.

There doesn't seem to be any difference between this case and the dishwashers except for the sums of money involved, right?

This is gonna be interesting, I like a good fight

Had 2 on order for the garden for the system (as I was looking into this system elsewhere as I wanted one, and to have one for £100 I went in with the order as it was a excellent bargin )

Called B&Q and they said the order was still going through (last night), called the supplier this morning - nope all cancelled. The horror!

Well thats supplier issue is not my problem as the contract between me and B&Q, and ME & B&Q only (so they can find another supplier to get something in that matches to the same spec to the system that I have paid for)

B&Q if you reading this.. remember the rules of the forum.. and yes I will be considering the small claims court for the cost of the 2 systems on the like for like bases... (quotes are in already for around £1500 per system!) if B&Q doesn't answer to the letter that will be in the post after I get a letter from you saying the order has been cancelled.
