    Old post but still.

Can I ask who you will all be consuming from in thefuture with the way you all take action upon things, especially given you know in the first place it is a mistake?

the thought of mistake never crossed our minds, nor did it appear as a defence from B&Q. Rather late to be joining the conversation.

I've checked the paperwork I received after a summons was served.. It has photocopies of the terms and conditions etc and would appear to be their defence pack. Therefore I am assuming they've already pre-empted the trial and won't need to send another. Is this correct?

they sent you photocopies of their terms that state once they send you an email a legal contract is formed.

    Oh well.

i doubt they will send more. if they have messed you around cease all further negotiation and go to court.

Am going to court and have a date later on in the month.. I was wondering about their need to send a defence pack as it already seems they have when I filed the claim?

I never took action after my requests to them to fulfil my order - I was too worried about it ending in court and the associated stress of it all, even though they don't really have much defence.

Thank you to the person who gave generously to the charity last night. I take it whoever you are had a result. Well done.
