I've not worn socks or shoes in 3 days Fitzio and my feet are on fire. Think it's to do with the swelling and pressure on the soles (although it happens when I have them up too). It's not nice! And cold water only helps for so long then they are hot again. Thinking about getting some peppermint spray, avon used to do a good one many years ago when I was a Skillseeker (YTS).

I bought a peppermint foot spray in Body Shop a few weeks ago. Kept waking up during the night and spraying it, but think the smell kept waking DH up! It's definitely a combination of friction and pressure due to the extra weight I think! It's sore even walking on my nice new luxury carpet.

I'm wondering if a foot bath with a peppermint tea bag in will do any good? I'm willing to try anything.

Morning all... unfortunately we had to put our lovely cat to rest last night after a blood clot had caused her breathing to get very bad, she was a very poorly kitty, we are all devestated, my dreams of the cat and baby getting to bond has been shattered..

awwwwww that was nice of them philip tries to let me sleep in but zoe comes and bugs me for random stuff :rolleyes: x

I did say a little bit, I got woke to see where all the bibs were, and could I change a bum as it was really stinky and where Jasmines pink sandles were at, but other than that they let me sleep ~:)
