we don't have that but I would think there's a possibility that people come and talk to you about things like carseats, breastfeeding etc or it could just be a make friends thing either way sign up, give it a whirl and if you don't like it don't go back

Thanks for all the replies earlier RE the bloods. I didn't see a mw just an auxhilary (sp?) nurse, she weighed me and according to my notes i've lost 2kg since booking in at 2+2 (i'm now 16+5) - seems strange i feel like i've put loads ON! Wondering if their scales weren't accurate

She said they'll ring with results on Monday

Mrs M - congratulations on the birth of Cliana Grace, lovely name.

Fidget and NMS thanks for the hugs for the family. Spoke with in laws earlier and his radiotherapy treatments starts next week, as well as that he has agreed to take part in some trials and allow student training which is brilliant of him - although I bet after a few sessions with his sense of humour, the students will be running a mile, he has a very dry but very funny sense of humour, took me a while to get used to!

tiamia - am seeing bp specialist week after next so will ask about medication then. Went out for a walk with lots of drink and headache cleared up by 4pm, wonder if I was just dehydrated? My BP this evening is completely normal and has been everytime I've checked it since 16 week appt which is excellent.

18 weeks today - can't decide if occasional flutterings are all the liquids sloshing around in me or little one moving! Have another 4 weeks before anamoly scan so hope I'll feel something by then rather than wondering if everything is OK until then!
