It looks small compared to most other PG ladies, but I don't think it is that small in itself, if you get me. just getting paranoid now cos people IRL keep commenting!

    Hi Skinty.
Your bump looks fab. The people commenting are probably all lardys like me who are dead jealous that you will be walking out of hospital in your pre-preg clothes looking dead glam. Last night I weighed in at 11st (bearing in mind that I started at 7st 7lb) and I'm only 28 weeks. I am hoping to find someone to take another piccy of me soon so that I can show you all my bump too. Think I will be seeing a mate towards the end of the week if I can fit it in around parent craft and feeding classes.

Skinty your bump is lovely, it doesn't matter on the size as long as bub is healthy. I was big with my ds and the docs thought he was going to be big but wasn't. I will not be showing a pic of my bump or lack of one as it is and sadly will be all me even when i am 9 months gone. I didn't have a any full roundness at all it was just flab.

I went and bought the nappy bin seen in this post as it is only a £5 so if it isn't great i haven't lost much and can sell it on. I think you get a voucher in one of the bounty packs for it as well but i had heard of argos having no stock as everyone was getting them at the same time. So i got mine early. Anyone used one before? what are they like. I am also i very happy bunny as i got the baby swing on offer done alright out of argos this week as ds had a cabin bed in the sale and we paid with necter points so it was free :j

Sorry Fitz, I was trying to make Skinty feel better - not insult anyone else.

I have posted before about how people used to comment on how skinny I was but have now switched to 'good god, look at the size of you' type comments (including my size 26 mother who really ought to know better) so I am perhaps a little sensitive to it.

I also agree with elastigirl that as long as bubs is healthy everyone else can whistle. I'll have everything crossed for your scan skinty, and in the meantime try to ignore any comments you don't like and focus on the nice ones instead.

Do you all know how nice it is to type on here with a sleeping baby beside me? :):)
Jasmine was the 1st person to get cuddles and she begged nanny and granny to take photos of her holding her baby brother !!
I have told everyone else they need to wait a couple of days before they can hold him as he just isnt used to it.
But I can honestly say, I am the happiest I have ever been, both my kids are perfect :)

So chuffed for you MM. I'm getting a bit sniffy too. I bet Jasmine will be grinning for days and you will be the best mummy ever for giving her a gorgeous baby brother.
