Sorry to butt in ladies - how long do they let you go over before they induce you? Is it 10 days or 14?

Here we are brought in on day 10 to be induced on day 11

Thankyou - I'll be 3 days over tomorrow, got an appt at the hospital on Thursday but not sure whether they will do a sweep or give me a date or what! DS was 3 days late so never overrun that long before!

    evening ladies!

been busy trying to do some overtime whilst OH chirps in my ear about his application form and CV.

Right, eaten my waffles and ice-cream now - got my GTT tomorrow. Mine says nothing to eat after midnight so I could eat more if I want to but am telling myself I shouldn't!! Don't know how I'll cope in the morning - I had to stop in a layby and buy a bacon and sausage barm at 8am this morning!!

Baby very active today - keeps booting me. Saw the most gorgeous baby today - 13 days old but so tiny!! I am so looking forward to meeting my little man!!

MM - YAY :T:T:T:T Glad you've got your little man home with you!!

Glam, how did you swing a midnight fast? I had to stop all food and only have water from 8.30 tonight. Appt is 8.30 am. I had massive pizza and chips cos was easy and couldn't stand up long enough to do anything healthier but now I'm hungry again. just fancy another of my strawberry mivvis.

Well, I double checked it cos i thought it would be a 12 hour fast but it def says 'Nothing to eat or drink after Midnight the night before'

I've not had anything to eat since 8pm and probably will just drink now. I really need to pee but can't be bothered to get up!

My appt is at 8.30am as well - have told work not to expect me in before lucnh ;)

    Hello all,

been MIA for a couple of weeks so you've probably all forgotten about me :o Needed to finish up some sewing etc. so not had time to log on. Took ages to catch up! Welcome to all newbies, congrats to all new mums and *hugs* to all that need them :)

Its been a good couple of weeks though - am proud to announce that hubby passed his driving test first time about a week ago - really proud of him :j We also went back for our re-scan and it has been confirmed - we are definately joining Team Pink :D So if someone would like to add a little symbol beside my name that would be lovely thanks :)

Oh yes, can't remember who was going for a beatrix potter nursery theme (I think someone was?) but I saw this and thought it was cute.... http://www.sewandso.co.uk/cgi-bin/find/db.cgi?db=zoom&do=search_results&Prod_Code=34998&ww=1

Oh yes - and you're talking about the glucose tests? I have a feeling it was mentioned that it might be part of my blood tests with the midwife tomorrow, but nothing was mentioned about fasting or anything so am really not sure what they were talking about

boogellyboo & squishy - Congrats on team pink

I have just been out for a lovely meal and I am now stuffed full!

I had horrendous backache this afternoon and needed to lie down for an hour, but it has eased again now. I am now sat in front of the fan in my shorts and vest, showing more flesh than is decent :o.
