As you see it's No.6, my body has had enough. Did so well, planned this one carefully, ate well and took extra care. I was so chuffed as although I worked in a school and teachers were getting colds and flu I managed to eat so well I didn't pick anything up but physically it's become too hard. I've been slowing down for weeks then last week when head engaged I virtually stopped and yesterday got very emotional and MW came out. Consultant in the hospital said I could go and be induced but I asked instead for a sweep, as they will only work if your body/baby is ready and I'm more comfortable with that for now. I'd rather bubs came if she's ready than tell her she has to!

Ah, I remember now, yes. Well in that case I do hope it works soon! Hard enough being Pg with my first, I can;t imagine the sixth!

Skinty, you're having yours at home aren't you? Why do you need to pack things?

Nes, all of mine have had pox, then when Ben had it someone suggested this as it's completely natural. Covered in spots but no itching, was amazing and he never picked anything.

Just in case I need to transfer to hospital for any reason. I am calling it a labour bag rather than a hospital bag, but I think it would be silly not to be prepared.

Many HB women don;t pack one but if I do need to transfer OH will never find all the stuff in time to bring it in with us and so I'm going to chuck it in a bag anyway, then is we do have to go in for some reason he can just grab it.

Just because I don;t want to go to hospital doesn;t mean I won;t have to, should something go wrong. (Oh please God don't let anything go wrong!)

Always best to pack a bag just in case as your OH wouldn't cope with doing that in an emergency. Also karma, if you don't pack I feel it's tempting fate. My bag is in the corner of the bedroom therefore OH can find everthing for bubs and me even after a HB easily. :D

ugh, my bras have really started killing me this past week. The wires are totally digging into my ribcage & using a back extender still doesn't help. I just don't have the money to buy bigger ones, though! (big boobies = expensive bras) :(
