Bumbling along to be Mortgage Free

OMG...I should upload a video or something. She throws WICKED good tantrums. It's a nightmare! She also sulks quite effectively and watches tv. She's only 19 and a half weeks....but my God, the girl has character!!
I'm just glad she can't talk...she does like to make noise at the minute though....usually in the form of a woof!! I'm teething at the minute (wisdom teeth) so I can totally understand his pain. I am using paracetamol and bonjella...it's not touching it!! It's killing me!!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

To be honest there isn't much you can do for it. My nephew is teething as well and they are throwing everything at him and it's making no difference. If anything all the attention is making him mardy. Whereas my other nephew didn't get anything thrown at his - just cool stuff to chew on (bit like I give Belle...ha ha) and he just got on with it.
I know all kids are different but there genuinely is little you can do for them so just try to make as little fuss about it as possible in my opinion. This is all from the girl who is yet to have kids though! Ha ha.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Hi Michelle
I totally agree on the food front - all my children always ask if they can have this and that, even my 17yo - It's not old fashioned at al , it's good manners.
I'm always told I have nothing in i.e I dont buy convenience food so it LOOKS like I have nothing in !
How have you gone on with the telescope - is the bidding war over yet ?
Iris
I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Hi Michelle,
Just caught up with your diary! Another exhausting month and I'm only spectating from afar. I wish I had half your energy to get up to all the things you manage. I can't for the life of me work out quidco as I'm due nearly £300 at some point but some of that has been tracked for nearly 4 months so it will be a nice wee bonus at some point! I make the cardinal error of spending the tesco points on tesco groceries so all the swapping and redeeming for airmiles etc passed me by somewhere along the way.
I have been inspired to have a bit of a clearout and stick some stuff on eBay. I'm not nearly hard nosed enough to have a boot sale or anything like that so eBay and maybe HUKD will be the selling place of choice. We've got loads of designer clothes that now look really stupid on us both as we've managed to lose nearly 5 stones between us over the last couple of years. Any tips on eBay selling would be much appreciated!!
Cheers,

She is only 6 months younger than my DS2 but he is so robust and sensible it scared me how quick i have moved on. I don't think i could go back either as i found it exhausting. :rotfl:
not tempted any more then chelle:D ?
maybe if you get really broody you can borrow baby courgette for a few hours (when s/he puts in an apearance)know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -

Nice to see you both on here. I had a few bits ending on ebay tonight but i didn't sell any of it even though it had watchers so i have just relisted it. The scope ends on Sunday night, and has 43 watchers and is up to £12.50.
I am so sad. Dh is getting really annoyed by me now.
Am sooooo sad..... just went on ebay and had a look :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

would you like a girl or aren't you bothered with another boy?
i'm starting to get broody, but as i'm only going into my second year of teaching career wise i really don't feel like it's the right time. my mum is also REALLY broody for a grandchild and my FIL is quite vocal about how he'd like a grand-daughter to balance out his two grandsons. no pressure then!know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
Cha
Isn't it lovely when your ebay stuff starts off early, mostly my stuff has had bids at the last minute which is boring, but my nail stuff last week had bits vertually straight away and went bonkers at the end, I hope your item does the same, its so exciting, especially when you have to sent it special delivery because it is worth too much to send plain old recorded.
Good luck hun

Very chilled day today. I didn't get up till 10, then none of us got dressed till midday. We then had a leisurely lunch before i took the littlie with me shopping for a few hours (mainly at my mums shop so we got loads for a tenner) and left the other 2 doing DIY.
We are about to have fish and chips for our tea and a leisurely evening, probably knitting for me.
That sounds like a truely blissful day, and boy, if anyone deserves it, its you.
When you list on ebay do you make the most of your headings? I am a really lazy buyer so when searching I will put in the search box 'ladies black 7 shoes'. I never go through the actual catagories!
