I have just cancelled my subscription using the e-mail Martin suggested on the basis that they are not fullfilling my viewing requirements as their Premier League coverage has been cancelled.
Despite the acknowledgement on their own website of the cancellation they are still advertising exclusive coverage of 46 Premier League games!0 -
Just e-mailed in to cancel as my contract was due to start on 25 June and to avoid paying the first installment I have to get receipt of cancellation before 25 June. The man I spoke to at the call centre said that the payment I made on 25 May would count as my final payment, thinking about it I'm not sure if this makes sense - can anyone advise? Thanks again, hope everyone's having a good weekend!0

Is it ok to cancel your direct debit before you get confirmation of cancelling with Setanta?
