Strange, not like carol to be ranting:rolleyes:
Now I'm not defending anyone, carolt and I have our different viewpoints in the past, but if we can try to debate on the topic it will make a much better debate and discussion
Pick a topic and discuss.
I'm sick of reading threads to find a high percentage always develop into a slanging match:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

Thats fine with me. I love to talk about the economy etc. Don't see why some poster have to say "your of fear of NE" in to it or what type of house I purchased.
I don't bring their life in to posts, I am fine with my decisions so I don't see why they fascinate others so much.
I understand, but maybe we should all try to raise above the personal insults and not retaliate thus causing a flaming spiral
What was this topic about, oh I remember....
I'm a BTL LL by the way
and bullish about long term house pricesIveSeenTheLight wrote: »Yes, I'm a bull who said in my vested interest area its possible to see 20% drop

I thought "bulls" think prices only ever go up (below posts show I believe they can go down)

As for B & W not giving permision to let, i think you will find the person in that thread had no equity in their property thats why they was refused.I am not a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as not being a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
