Do not need a BTL mortgage as I am not buying ATM - I have told you that many times - unfortunately you do not understand basic English.

As for thanking people disagreeing with you - it is because what they are saying is true - you are inflammatory and as far as I have seen you have very little experience to back up all your theories.

Lets face it you have remortgaged your house and stuck the money in the bank gaining half the interest back (if that after tax) that you are paying for it - you have not been able to sell you house despite several reductions - so I would imagine it would be as difficult to rent out. However all of this is your choice.

One thing you might want to look for is the person who has not been allowed to extend beyond 2 years with B&W for 'consent to let'' - particularly relevant to you if you decide to follow through your plan.

One other thing you might want to note is that not all BTL LL's bought at the peak so any return to previous rates will be irrelevant - we paid them then and survived and we will pay them in the future.

The sensible ones have either overpaid or spent on improvements.

More recent BTL LL's may well suffer but everyone suffers in times of recession - just like the car industry has.

I will continue to agree or disagree with whoever I want - what I will NOT do is create multiple id's and start thanking myself.

I have always told you I am an open book and the things that you TALK about I have done.

Now this thread could turn into a slanging match you can say what you want from here on I will not be responding to you.

Its also interesting that only you responded to my claim about rewired - who incidentally has never posted anything on any thread - has only thanked you and a couple of other people and only on this board and only on threads that you are involved in

My only 'problem' is your deliberately offensive posts.

Thats fine with me. I love to talk about the economy etc. Don't see why some poster have to say "your of fear of NE" in to it or what type of house I purchased.

I don't bring their life in to posts, I am fine with my decisions so I don't see why they fascinate others so much.
