Check RE, they have loads of airside jobs for the upcoming 2-3 weeks

Don't know if its all, but I know my pencil jobs last month arrived several days after Petrol etc.

Ooh have I made a huge mistake?! I did a Petrol job last week and filled in the report - had to input the numbers off the receipts. But I haven't emailed my receipt to anyone. Do I need to do that? I've obviously still got them so it's not a problem to email them off but I'm panicking now!

Nope. Don't worry. You don't need to send or email it to anyone. Just file it away somewhere "in case" ... but I've never had to send them the receipt and always been paid. Even got paid this month when I forgot to ask for a receipt ... I took photos of everything I purchased and said I'd send them off if necessary but it wasn't even queried.
