KaramelRose I would choose the best option for describing the drink. Then at the end of the questionaire will be an "anything else" type question - explain there what actually happened.

I did two of the good Abai fuel jobs and DH did two as well, like those lots ....as opposed to Gap's 'subsidised' fuel ! Saying that though had 4 to do for Gap this weekend and did one earlier in the week , I cant really turn down part paid for fuel with my regular job that I do !

I had three of those, a computer based test and a phone call to do today :T Got 10 car showrooms this weekend, after the 8 of last week! Plus a pub meal on Sunday...

I think I'll need a rest soon...

Just another issue with GAP and chicken meals. If you are ordering one of the larger containers of chicken as per your brief - there is no longer a drink with the smaller of the two options - but GAP still asks in the questionairre for you to comment on it.

I've signed up to complete a car circuit this weekend. I'm a bit nervous about doing it as I know nothing about cars! Am I allowed to bring my husband for moral support?

Any help and tips would be greatly appreciated.

The script says not to take anyone with you. However on my first car circuit I asked in advance if i could take my husband and kids, and was told OK as long as the children didn't mention anything about mystery shopping.

Since then I've done most by myself and some with my husband. If it is a ** garage that I'm shopping, then I always go in on my own, as they are the client, so want to be sure that I am following the instructions to the letter in these cases.

Thanks for the quick reply, it's much appreciated.

I only noticed on the notes this morning that it says to visit alone, my intention had to bring my husband. This is my first circuit and it looks like they're all competitor garages, so I think it should be ok to visit with my hubby. If any of them turn out to be non-competitor garages I'll go in alone. I'm hoping after I've done a couple I'll have the confidence to go it alone!

    Thanks again

You'll be fine, I was nervous the first time, but have now done over 30 garages, and know an awful lot more about cars then I did a couple of months ago. Not sure that this information will necessarily be useful to me in my future life, but you never know. My friend is hoping to buy a new car in a few months, so I'm going with her to negiotiate!

Guys, please remove the name of the non-competitor garage from your posts!

The username and password should be printed in BOLD in the Shopper's Brief under Administration.
