I cancelled my very first job with GAP (the place was a pizza place that shut freakishly early, like 5.30 or something, and there was no way I'd have been able to get there on time, but didn't realise this until after I took on the job) and it hasn't adversely affected me.

If you go to your Shop Log screen, then at the top, there is a yellow table. To the right of Extended Shopper Profile Status, click on Update. Bank details are in the green section at the bottom of the pop up screen.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

    HELP!!!!!!!!

I just made the biggest boo boo. I've just done a drive through and forgotten to get a receipt.

I still have 1hr 45 mins left in the window so I could go back and do it all again if needed but I wondered what would happen if I don't?

I paid by card so it'll appear on my statement in a day or so, is that good enough?

It's only my second job with GAP so I don't want to get a black mark against me for not completing an assignment but at the same time im so annoyed with myself!

At the moment I'm £4.40 down with only a £4 fee so I'd be 2 meals up and 40p plus petrol down if I go back, but this really depends on the consequences of not providing a receipt.
If you paid by card, did you not get a receipt? They should have given you a card aayment slip for you to keep.

But what about when the proof reader has to correct your report? You get points knocked off for so many errors

I must be pretty error free as I have never had any points deducted from my 12 even when they've had a query. Didnt realise how perfect I was.... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.... of course I am only kidding about being perfect !:rotfl:

Yeah you should have automatically got a receipt if you paid by card. You may be in the wrong with Gap for not requesting a receipt but the company have a legal obligation to give a receipt when you pay by card.

But you cannot use a credit card for a gyp burger job - it's strictly cash only... So either cancel it, or do it again, as otherwise they'll reject it

Could try changing the date, even to tomorrow.....save you eating 2 of the things in one day!!! And make sure it is cash payment.

I gave up with RE points a long time ago, never seem to get the right amount. Most recently, I only actually got 2 points for completing a job (entirely correctly and with no queries btw) - I should do something about it but I really cannot be bothered....

Not all their jobs give you 10 points, some, audits in particular, only carry two points for some reason known only to them!

Also i find that as you cant access the mp3's of the recorded call jobs for 24 hours after calling, I tend to not get the extra 2 points for completing on the same day!
