i just got my email and it worked for me .... in the last sentence of the main paragraphs (before the many thanks max) there is the word questionnaire in blue. this opened it for me.
Thanks. They've sent me a second one that works, so have managed to click through now. Guess the first email got through without being checked, we've all done it (without an attachment usually).

:rotfl:its official im a top secret squirrel invisible mystery shopper :rotfl:

Just had RE on the phone about a tech/store I did last month
The store is saying it was not me as they don't remember serving me
I must of got someone else to do it for me

Isn't that the whole bloody point, that im not memorable !

They only remember serving men that day  hmm now i'm blonde, slim and have been told I am a very attractive woman so not sure if I should be flatered or not  at being mistken for a geeza

They dont understand how they got such a poor report as they have done well before, hmmm lets see poor service filthy store & lack of product knowledge just about covered it

See all those who just tick yes to everything for easy money make it harder for us who take it seriously

    LOL

I saw one but couldn't be bothered for that fee. I saw the assignment notes though and it says you need to make a purchase and take a photo of the shop.

You are quite new on here so probably don't know me but I am the one who named them Ridiculous Eyeballs.

Tell them by email you are most offended at their querying the report.

Music shops are usually busy...how could they say in an entire day they had no females. Utter bollox.

I haven't had any of my report for RE questioned, touch wood. If I ran a shop, and I had a mystery shop write a bad report about it - I'd rather just get my shop into gear and improve it, rather than looking like a sore loser and contest it. If you've got a receipt and can prove you were there - they're just going to look even more incompetent!
I agree that in an ideal world what we as MSers provide should be used to improve service etc as much as to reward good staff members.
However in reality bad results are often used to punish staff members and in some cases hurt them financially. For example I know someone who works in a bank and the wages are quite low so the staff rely on their bonuses. One bad MS report and everyone in the whole branch losses their bonus, so yes sometimes it is worth getting into a fight over, they have a lot to lose!
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

I've just had a query on a phone shop from GR.

The staff member is disputing part of the conversation we had, its entirely his word against mine so what would happen in this situation??

I've had so many assignment queries recently, all I can think is that staff are desperate to hang on to their jobs at the moment and are disputing any negative comments. Its making me want to tear my hair out!!

    Thanks for all the comments
    Not sure about the hotornot
I have posted here about family members and my disabled son too
    I like being anonymous

I reeled off loads of small details that only the mystery shopper would know
ie... the manager had a video of himself pratting about stored on the cam corder I was looking at and I asked whos that on the video and was told it was the manager

One of the guys had an unusual distinguishing feature which I told her about

Yes I had to photo the store
I also paid on my debit card and provided the receipt to RE

I told her to tell them to check the cctv and go buy some dusters :rotfl:
Sounds like a store manager trying to cover his butt
"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

Hi pleased to meet you :D

I only took the job because it was right near a spanish place that I had a lunch MS for RE at I walked from one to the other
When I said to the lady that my husband was in the shop with me she got all p*ssy
I said hang on a minute I had just done a lunch for 2 people thats the only reason he was there, the remit did not say go alone as some do.

He was talking to another assistant about an unrelated matter.(sadly for the store he received good service)
The assignment item and questions were all dealt with by me alone.

She reckoned that the client had made a massive fuss and insisted she query it with me hmmmm

Stick to your guns, you can't blame them for trying but if you are sure you are right then you are giving the kind of feedback you are being paid to give.

    Shortsighted of the MS company
Obviously anyone receiving a neg report has a lot to lose and will say anything to keep their job these days

There are some very fast fingered people round here...watched my 1st RE release disappear in front of my eyes at the speed of light and by the time I had logged onto another site after an email, the job was gone.

Teach me to walk the dog in the sunshine! :D
