Now Im not looking for sympathy cos I'm only a misery shopper for fun you see - but I have to tell you that I went to tea with that grey haired chap with the beard tonight and Ive just filled in my spread sheet and I'm 48p down on the job, thats without counting the £97 I spent at Asda as I happened to be in the area and dont often get to go there. Looking on the plus side - I didn't have to cook tonight !
I'm wondering why a round pizza comes in a square box -

Well aren't you the lucky one you didn't have two jobs, then you would have been almost £1 down.

The tax man won't say nothing for a 48p loss but a £97.48p loss is bound to arouse suspicion. Good luck to you if you get away with it.
  • I thought I would post this as I just stumbled across it. Maybe some of you know it already, but it may be useful for those of us just starting out.

Some of it is already covered in this thread, but I found that there are a lot of interesting articles and some good ideas nestled among the more obvious things.

I'm confused (again). Have a receipt from a burger job. It asks for the KS number on the receipt. My receipt doesn't have one...it's got a reg number and a numberPOS/EJ Order.

I'm not sure what I should report here.

That's the only reason I am here.

My carer goes home at 3 o' clock and sometimes she doesn't leave the TV remote. If I can't entertain myself with the telly I come here for entertainment. If I have brightened up your day there's a bonus.

Oh - I have a couple of questions for anyone who doesn't mind:

1: what does "HTH" mean? I see it a lot on here.
2: does anyone have the link for REACT? And for those of you who have used it, is it good - I've not come across it before.

    HTH is happy to help.

PM me about React and I can help you.
