Just out of interest, with RE do you get to see more assignments once you reach a certain number of points? I'd expect that might be a fair way of doing it for some of the more expereinced people, but i wasnt sure?

I've got 25 points, so still very new - if there is a staggered points limit does anyone know what it is? Just interested really! I quite like RE....

    Cheers, Matt

Are we supposed to literally just rephrase the question they tell us to ask, or are we supposed to ask something a little less broad based on the scenario query? The question is so open-ended and broad, it seems an odd sort of thing to ask a company by email...

I've just rephrased what they wanted us to ask, and made it sound realistic.

That's one theory, although a number of posters have said that they can see more with fewer points than some with higher points so I don't think it's a written rule.

Personally I'm quite happy if they do offer you more when you have higher points as it's kind of a reward system really.

So you've sent an email asking for a quote rather than using the online form?

No I did use an online form, but I didn't have to request a quote - maybe I'm doing a different job??

Sounds like you must be. Mine was NU4. It says to request a quote and rather than an email address gives an online form to use. But there won't be a holding email and a full email as the quote is on the screen, then emailed immediately. Well I've got the first email so I'll wait 10 days to see if anything else arrives and complete the job. I don't think it is paid enough to spend too long worrying about it

  • Just had a really upsetting moment when I realised I can't do a sandwich shop I have booked for today because I don't have enough money to pay for the sandwich. I'm going to have to release it and get minus points because there are no other dates it can be done. :(
Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x

    Awww! :(

Is there anyone at work (if you're at work today) or a friend who you can borrow a few pounds off?
