Round here they dont stamp the reciept the pop is simply the printed reciept with the postcode and usually first address line written in the gap at the bottom - at least they never have done with any of my parcels nor any of the parcels I send for work, thanks anyway, looks like I'll be playing the gap answer the query game tomorrow at some point!

*jumps up and down for joy*

Yours is a different one, mine is a standard "Certificate of Posting" with a box for date stamp, that's where it has the Letter. I think it's because I have already put stamps on the letter and don't need to pay any postage. If you buy anything, you'll get a printed receipt.

    Thanks Loolabell

Have released it now so hope someone picks it up as it has to be done today. Only 1 named dept so quite an easy one.

God felt like such an idiot this morning... went to do my breakfast burger drive thru job (how weird does that sound?), ordered it, went to the cash window, and realised I hadn't got my purse with me. Deeply embarassed. Drove all the way home and back again to do the assignment and the cashier bloke couldn't keep a smile off his face - so I guess he'll score well!

Me neither!! I did my first french sandwich shop last week and had to order a hot drink, so I went for a tea (even the smell of coffee makes me feel nauseous!). It was pretty gross though, so won't be over-anxious to get another one! :D

I drink tea but I don't like them in these places as they use the hot water machine instead of boiling water. So I order a coffee instead and give it to someone at work as my good deed for the day.

I can't do it either - it is in my area but I wouldn't be able to get there in time  Shame as there is mileage on it too!

Awww bless! I managed to do that at Sainsburys once on my regular shop. Customer services confiscated my shopping and I had to drive home and try to find my purse. After a manic half an hour of hunting when I was just about to call to cancel all my cards I found it in the car. You do feel really stupid though :o
  • Has anyone done the goverment ones for GFK? There are a couple in my area that have been on the board or ages but there seems to be a lot involved in doing them. Also is it me, or are the questions stupid? I am tempted but advice appreciated. Thanks.

I'm about to do a couple over the next week - they don't sound too bad ... will definitely take the advice on here though and bring a notebook with me!
Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x

its so embarrassing when that happens. i had it in a tesco ages ago when my son was younger. i had dropped him off at football club for an hour and popped into get essentials and then realised he had emptied my purse of cards and money so they kept my shopping till i came back. its soooo embarassing :o
