I am doing something wrong?
I assume that under "Job Types" you do have "restaurants" checked. I'm sure you have but it's just a thought0 -

Yeh sorry, I didn't realise that there wasn't a tick box for misc. Shouldn't have assumed.0 -
Hi, i've signed up with GAP but dont really use them much as i find the website very difficult to use. You can search by Suburb but the Suburbs look like they are based on assignment location, but thiis means you have to scroll through very randon places keeping an eye out for places near me........ Am i missing a trick? Can you search by location? i.e within X miles of a post code? Something to make it a little easier to find jobs? Any help appreciated!! Thanks, Matt0

To some people MS and other field work is their main job as they don't have any other paid work. You wouldn't put "I'm a secretary on £20K a year" or whatever your job and salary are in your signiture, so I don't understand why people feel the need to post their MS salaries.
Just my views anyway and hope my paragraphs are ok:rotfl:
Its interesting how you wrote this - its the only post on the subject that has made sense to me on the arguement not to have the signatures. I think I'll amend mine promptly after this. :rolleyes:Hi, i've signed up with GAP but dont really use them much as i find the website very difficult to use. You can't do this, but you can search by client name if you click the tiny drop down menu slightly to the right of the town list.
I too thought it was going to take forever to search, but after doing it twice, you get to know where the assignment locations are that suit you so it only takes a couple of seconds, even though I have about 15 location names that suit me (but you can only select up to 10).
There is also a "save search" button on the right, so in theory you only need to search once in the labourious manner and then choose your "saved search" forever after that, but I haven't as yet been able to get it to work ...Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0 -
And thanks to everyone who posted with an explanation of how to use the * to search for jobs on Aba-i.
I can't find them now, but thank you ... I'm sure you remember who you are!Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0
