Anyone done the large department store for OC. You have to visit every dept and cont the number of staff free to serve. Am I going to look obvious doing it on my mobie.

Probably the least obvious IMO Hollypear, who takes notice of anyone on a mobile phone today? I don't, and if you were next to me I wouldn't give it a second thought, its the norm to text .

The notes say you should ask for a business card but they hardly ever have any. If I can't get a card I usually get them to put the store phone number on the brochure 'in case I have any questions'. At least that proves you went to the right place and they don't need any proof of time of visit.

Never normally use "reschedule" but had to change two assignments yesterday as I've got a problem with my eyes and I had to go back to the GP.

I thought I'd changed them both to today as I'd selected today's date and hit submit and both jobs were still showing as approved on my assignments page.

Yes I've noticed that before. When you request a date change you need to check your assignments page to see if it has been done. If the date stays the same it means it can't be changed for some reason.

It would be helpful if it did explain why or at the very least tell you the reschedule request has not been successful. Are we asking too much to expect useful features like that to be part of their current website 'improvements':rolleyes:

Hope you still get paid for it.

Very good idea! I'll try that next time. For this one, I asked his name so I could go straight back to him "when I thought about it and made my decision" - he told me to just ask for the manager, everyone knew who he was hahaha .. great.

I also did an awful competitor phone shop today and I was so unimpressed! The woman just gave me a brochure and told me where to find the tariffs. So I asked her about the phones and she goes "oh well work out how many minutes you need and how much you want to spend per month and it will tell you there which ones you can get". She was about to walk away and I was so confused ... if I'd really wanted a phone I wouldn't have had a clue! So I tried to talk to her about the phones but as she was walking away she said that it would probably be best if I went home, had a look at the options in the brochure and then came back in or called up when I knew what I wanted!

I had to put in "NO" for practically every single option on the results form and I felt so so bad!
