  • I hate doing them too. At least you know someone else (hopefully) won't suffer the same because of your work.

    Horrible though isn't it.

I hate writing up negative reports. But if the staff absolutely refuse to provide any service, there's only so much you can do to give them opportunity to say something useful, and only so much prompting you can give them... :(

GRRRRR, I've just spent the last hour completing a questionnaire got the the upload photo of receipt part and it froze, now it's gone off completely. Will it of saved my answers?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. (Not very helpful, am I?) My internet connection is so crap. I don't even want to start imagining the amount of jobs I've lost because of loss of connection.

This guy... I spent ages trying to get him to say something, anything useful! I stood just looking the phone demo model all over for about 20 seconds while he stood next to me saying NOTHING, then I browsed the brochure he gave me looking for the handset, and asked him when I'd got it if it was the right one, and pointed to the tariffs list and asked which ones applied to that handset - just got "yeah"s and grunts... *sigh*

That report will make good reading then :)

Funny thing is, I havent seen that lady in the bank branch since I went in there last time for MS.... you would think they would be jumping at the chance to open accounts and get your money too
GR said the client wouldnt be happy either, they had to pay quite a large amount (wont say how much, but a very very good fee as it involved credit check) and to have a staff member just bluntly refuse, it obviously wont go down well

Think I might just give up and do it in the morning. Am I right in thinking I get 24hrs to submit report?

when im writing RE reports I always save each page before I contiune. Once I had just finished a report and just before I was going to submit it RE crashed and I lost the lot. By saving each page at least I know that it will be there next time i log on.

How are the boys?..don't tell me ..they are huge now and have deep voices ahhhh or are they still youngish..boys change so quickly.

Still boyish. They're at that funny age where one minute they try to act all grown up and next minute they're pushing cars round the floor :D
This has just reminded me of one of my visits the cashier staff actually wrote " mystery shopper " on a piece of paper so they were all lovely to me offering me tea and coffe whilst I waited but the person I was there to visit never got the message so the service wasn't brilliant - I even told GR that in my report !!!!

I had that in a phone shop once. I had shopped it a couple of times before and was obviously recognised as another staff member passed the member of staff a piece of paper saying I was the mystery shopper but it had swear words on it too. I don't think I was supposed to see it, but I did!

I hate writing negative reports too. I just did a visit that was supposed to be a really fun experience, but it all went rubbish for me. It's a company that takes reports over the phone, and the typist was sad too as she said she normally gets a buzz thinking about how happy the shopper was when they did the job.
Here I go again on my own....
