Should I trust my fiance out tonight?

Hi.
A friend had a similar problem recently with his other half. She was an angel till she had a few drinks...So we thought she should know what she looks like when she has had a few.
If you have a camera on your phone or - even better - one that films clips, take some footage next time she is making an utter fool of herself. Sometimes the harsh reality of soberness the next day will make her realise just how unfunny she is when drunk.
Good luck!A minion trying to save the world from Corporate blood suckers!0 -

Let her out? Who says it's up to you anyway?
No one can tell another what to do, but you can advise them, the rest is up to her, she's an adult isn't she?

Sorry, have been busy today so not had a chance to update!
It went fine, she came back at about half two still quite sober. She says she didn't enjoy it at all and spent all night wishing I was there. Although there was apparently quite alot of !!!!!iness and she nearly got into a big arguement with some drunken big girl barging her over (by accident I expect) and her reacting to it.
I was very happy and impressed she didn't drink too much, and just about stayed out of serious trouble! She said she purposefully didn't get drunk as she knew it would make me unhappy. I tried to explain it was for her safety and benefit to not get slaughtered, not mine. I think the friend she took along who is quite sensible helped as well.
Although she has said she doesnt want to go out without me again, I'm sure she'll be far more likely to do so.
We both had a great day today, and have been closer and happier than we've been in a while!
PS Kimberly, 'Let her out' was meant metaphorically. If you had read the rest of the thread you would understand, thanks.DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

That's excellent news! It sounds like she is taking on board some of the advice offered by you and her mum.0

That's great news, I think it'll take time to get used to you not being there everytime, but I always think it's good to have sometime apart so you can have things to talk about when you are together?!

Nice one mate !
My other half used to drink too much on nights out when i wasn't around. I tried the 'too much drink' lecture etc... But now she is fine and i think worked it out for herself.
We both wish we had more time to go out as a couple rather than individuals, but our jobs and little 3 year old prevent this happening often.
Because of the amount of times we have been out separately the trust side is not an issue.
Good luck with the next time :rolleyes:Never buy a stupid dwarf -
