nokia 3410 no display on screen
Hi,
The other morning, a whole lot more asleep than awake, I turned off the alarm after a (few) fumbled attempts.
Later I noticed that there was nothing on the screen display, decided it must be the battery low and put it on to recharge.
Still no screen display, and no response to any keypress; even with the charger connected.
Did I inadvertently hit a magic key combination that deaded it, or have I (purely coincidentally) got a duff battery?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Wow! Right now there are 79 reads and no replies.
Yeah, it had me really stumped too
But here's the answer:-
I had, in my fumbling, inadvertently switched the phone OFF with the switch pad thingy embedded in the very top end of the phone!
I've had it five years or so now and I don't think I've touched that switch since the very first day and had completely forgotten that it was there.
Anyway... don't feel too bad if you didn't get it - because nokia themselves didn't either!Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
