Thanks spore, but Im on mac. 12 month old macbook and from what I've read it wont entertain it whatsoever :(
Plus, I dont want to upgrade the OS because I'm happy with Leopard.

I may give it a go on the laptop though, failing that looks like Im sticking with sims 2.

Becase computer games are so easily pirated no computer software is refundable.

    QUOTE]

Not correct under English law. As others have said, if the software does not comply with the Sale of Goods Act and it is rejected by the purchaser within a reasonable period of time, the purchaser IS entitled to a refund.

    This is rubbish

I've ran it on an AMD 2200 single core , 1 gig ram and a radeon 9800 AGP card 128 Meg. It ran ok it was just the fast forward that was a bit slow.

Luckily ive got a triple core now as im living with mum in laws house in Sweden.

OP what is your computer specs and ill let you know if its worth it or not

asda havent given direct refunds for faulty games for years, i cant remember if they refunded sealed dublicate purchases.

how much is it? and how much is the instore trade in at your local game store?

I don't believe this. If faulty, they are have no choice but to give a refund if asked.

100% correct. Asda may well 'try it on' but eventually they would have to refund.
