speeding what are my options?

I said that there are places where speed is totally unacceptable and others where it is no big deal.

I deleted them because it is not worth the hassle of dealing with someone who thinks they are so perfect. I have no Criminal record in any shape or form.

If you go into your User Control Panel there's the facility to add names to an Ignore List. Addig names there (like mine) will absolve you from the need to see posts from people who may disagree with you.

Oh my goodness - where did that one come from? So can I get my conviction for speeding on the M6 (top of Shap - Xmas Eve - dry road - literally no traffic - camera in van on bridge) overturned !!!! I think not.

And, as far as I am aware there are no fixed speed camera signs from the Scottish end of the M6 to the Lancaster turn I regularly make.

But deeply regret Louise - it didn't 'flash' me either. But it did take a very nice pic and with all the evidence of calibration etc provided. And the fact the camera had been running for 90secs, when I tripped it, did not add to my pleasure. If its your first - suggest you grin and bear it. But they don't all 'flash' you - which seemed to be puzzling you?

I haven't looked at the links provided for you above and you may well already have the info you need.

I have a 'template' letter that you can use to request further evidence from the police that I downloaded from a solicitor's website. It may well be of use to you with the intention of, at best, getting the case dropped before it has started or, at worst, buying you the time that you are entitled to.
