NTL Numbers, customer service, technical issues are changing from the 8th of May its, bad enough trying to get through to NTL customer services, but now they propose, that from the 8th of May 2006 their free 0800 052 2000 will be changing to 0845 454 9999
Technical support will be 0871 225 1111.
that means that you will be paying to wait in a que, you could of course opt for call back, but depending upon whom you are with costs may be incured.
so, now you have to pay to quiry a bill! and pay to be in a que too.
Does anyone know if NTL offer different customer support service center numbers? It wouldnt be too bad if when you got through you managed to speak to someomne, but instead currently you get a taped message telling u how much your a valid customer.
How does everyone else feel about this, I know its not an 0870 number, but it is a none Geo number all the same.
