I don't think there is any need to be so hard on Woody - I can see where he's coming from! There are a lot of awful women out there that use the csa and their children as a weapon which is just wrong in every sense!!
(i'm not saying you fall into that category by the way)
I know you're in a crap situation but maybe try seeing it from his side? Have you asked him what his financial state is, just because he's paying the mortgage and living rent free, doesn't mean he's got any money left.
The CSA will take a big percentage off of him, maybe suggest that given thats a lot of money, he does the shopping for you once a week, buys new clothes/shoes for the children etc. But please try and sort it out without the CSA - they are a truely soul destroying and no one deserves that.

    Hope things get better x

I agree and from both 'sides of the fence' , in fairness I have noticed a mellowing since I was harbouring on about the inequality of advice and answers from some posters. It does seem a little more balanced now :o

I never claim to the an expert  but by being "caught" in the csa process it gives you an insight which others like yourself will not have...oh i am open to discussion however you on the other hand are just here to ridicule every pwc that you possibly can.

I will however ignore further posts for you and just report them to abuse :)

Me too, I agree, I second that. This place has scrubbed up a treat it has:D lets keep it that way.

people posting are sometimes angry with their own often impossible never ending situation and it spills over as they type doesnt mean they are tarring everyone with the same brush, only in relation to their own situation. ;)

The MAJORITY, if not ALL of us here who are the parent with care ONLY have the best interest of our children at heart, we are not trying to 'screw' anyone.

It's not even possible a NRP gets screwed as you put it, the CSA have very clear guidelines about how much a NRP will have to pay, so unless the NRP begrudges paying this amount to support their offspring, there should be no problems and in an ideal world, there would be no need for a forum such as this. In an ideal world, all NRP would be over the moon to support their child/children. There are indeed, many on this forum that fit that description.

Can I ask you to be honest and tell me and the other forum users why you have chosen to haunt, erm, 'visit' this particular forum, if as you say, you are happily married and have never had a CSA issue? I'm quite interested in knowing what kicks you get out of it all? It seems pretty obvious to me and I'm sure it does to those of us in the know ;) We recognise your type a mile off.

PlayingHardball. I find your comment that the CSA have guidlines a remarkable statment, only to be out done that you think that they find them clear!

Firstly, per chance can you show me where it states that they can take up to 68% of your income? They have in my case and this has been found by ICE.

Second, and it is only a little point, today I had a meeting in Parliment with the Shadow Sec of State, when evidence was placed before him and official evidenc he 'went off on one' to use the moden terminology. His opinion one one point is that they are makeing the resecion worse and adding to the 'Toxic Debt' that caused it in the first place. As this person may be responsible for the CSA in the near future and he is agreeing that NRPs are getting, what was it, oh yes "screwed"! You may like to review your comments.

As stated else where on this site I am looking for a better system and a way through this mess that we have at this time, I hope others will now start as well.

Haha...my 'type' as in saying it how it is.

Some of you have made a mess of your lives and its me who's getting slated. I find that very funny.:rotfl:

Clear guidelines????? Are you that blind?
If you and your little band of unmerry women really thought that, you wouldnt constantly bleat about the CSA here.

    At least be consistent.
