    Dmg,

    1. I wish I owned easycarhire, for a start I would definatly not be wasting my time on a forum, I would be living it up with Stelios on his yaught.

    2. Steve is not the rarest name in the world.

    3. I have looked through your old posts and as far as I can read into them you are a middle aged woman who likes to put her oar in, plus have a very fond liking of !!!!!!.

We can all do digging darling, it's just that we are not all hell bend on being a tell tale. If you are looking for someone to report why not try LeedsLad as he is sending posts with the email address of 121cars on all his posts. Have I reported him NO! because I leave this kind of childness to you.

And thank you guys for defending me, if you can want you can contact me on steve@easyc..... I'm kidding.

I am by no means middle aged, and I love !!!!!!. If I have posted something on MSE, I have no problem with anyone knowing it, so feel free to dig away.

So if you are not the Steve from EnjoyCarHire, why are you listed on your Skype at SteDennis, and then listed on LinkedIn as Owner and Business Development Director of EnjoyCarHire? Are you now suggesting that Steve Dennis is a really common name?

If you had been honest I would not have done any digging on you. However, it is always those that have something to hide, that insist on telling lies.

paulfoel, I would be surprised if he did now PM you, as that would prove that he is a broker ... and yes, there is nothing wrong with !!!!!!! ;)
    Gone ... or have I?

    Do Not use Atlas Choice

I used Atlas Choice to hire a car at Nice Airport, weekend of the Monaco Grand Prix. When I arrived they had rented out my car to someone else and didn't have a car available. I eventually managed to hire a car for 2 days from National Citer and 5 days from Sixt.
I am now in the process of trying to claim back money for the car rental that they didn't supply and the additional costs for the NationalCiter and Sixt car rentals. Atlas choice refuse to discuss the claim on the phone and will only communicate by email. This is proving to be very slow and unrewarding.
Yesterday I contacted Visa who were more than sympathetic, they are sending me a claim form. Looks like this will be the most productive way forward.
I will update this forum when I have further news but in the meantime use Atlas at your peril.

Seems to be a fairly common problem with atlaschoice....
  • Went through Atlas choice (cheapest quote) to hire a car in Montenegro. We booked the car from 3pm on 14th Aug. We travelled from Croatia to Monetengro by bus and found out we would not make the pick up time of 3pm. We told Atlas by 11am to notify their vender that we would be late. They emailed them (why not phone?) could not get in touch and as a result when we turned up and there was no one there to greet us with a car. Atlas was unaware that their vender had shut down their airport office and now just delivered cars at specified times. No one at the airport spoke English and we waited for 2 hours before getting a taxi to our house.

We tried all week to get hold of atlas and the vender (at extortionate mobile roaming rates).

We got two different quotes from atlas who added a bunch of extras to our bill which we had not asked for (cancellation waiver added twice). Charged my partners credit card £275 which came out of his account, then told us it was declined, so charged my credit card a new £304 price. They stopped bothering trying to contact their vender and told us to go to their offices (closed down...) to pick up the car. So we ended up with no car, having to pay taxi fair and paying £579 for the privilage.

They won't return calls or answer emails.

I am beyond angry. TERRIBLE customer service, and a joke, ruined my holiday.
  • HI
I just had a bad experience with Atlas Choice car rental although it seems that they offer the cheapest rates its all lies. They have hidden charges payable locally, and when u argue this they are very defensive and evasive. Their customer service sucks and they are arrogant!
DO NOT USE to avoid dissapointment.
  • We also had a bad experience with Atlas and their local agent YorCar when arriving at Faro Portugal, even though we had a voucher they had no record of our booking, yes expensive calls via roaming back to the Atlas office.
YorCar was the only company with their office and agent situated in the local snackbar and be on guard against their insistence that you sign for the car unseen and getting you to agree to their damage report without you even having clapped eye's on the car as yet.
We photographed the car from all angles and when we checked the glovebox it was empty, when we returned the car we was asked where the documentation had gone from the glovebox, when told that it was empty on collecting the car we were told "Impossible" we always double check that the documents are intact in the glovebox.
What argument can you put up with a company that do not even check the car over in your presence, I am a very forceful character and able to stand up to such intimidation but they will try and bully others that are less able.
Cheap is not always best and in my opinion you would be better off paying a littlle more with a more reputable company.
