Land of Leather - Sofa Insurance

It's hard to credit that someone would pay £200 premium for accidental damage insurance on a sofa. You can insure a house full of furniture more cheaply. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0

I would think it is covered for things like the stitching coming apart or the sub frame breaking etc. None of that would becovered under house contents insurance.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

But that would be covered by statutory rights/ sale of goods act. But obviously OP's choice. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -

But the OP claiming under Stat rights then she would still have a fight on her hands after 3 years re wear and tear.
When i took my insurance out it was for 3 years and if there was no claim then i could claim the full amount back. Which i did with great glee:jmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
