    Well, we got the quote and it's $250 so we accepted. The company does quality work and doesn't cut corners so it's all good...

    I am getting a family supplement payment of $1022 in a couple of weeks time and I will apply for the education tax refund of $375 tomorrow as I had to change my details at the tax office today and it takes 24 hours to take effect. I haven't dealt with tax stuff since 1999 so everything was out of date...

    It's annoying... we got 2 bills today, the water bill is due the day before payday and the internet bill gets direct debited on the last day of the credit card statement so we have to pay for the internet twice in 1 statement period! GRRRRR...

    I Paid $318 extra to the mortgage. New balance is $115 961.

    New blind was installed yesterday. Looks great!

    The Education Tax Refund of $375 was paid into my account today so I paid it to the mortgage. The new balance is 115 586.31

    That means we have paid off 14% of the mortgage since November 2008... I want to pay this thing off by 2013...
