Thank you everyone..I know what I need to do. I just feel sad, !!!!!, kicking a man when he's down. I know he loves her deep down and I guess he never had his dad around much so doesn't have any role model (I hoped he might want more for his daughter) but Im not prepared to put her through this carp week in week out

it is sad Sal, and I know he is having a tough time. But he can not take that out on Bea. You are all having a rough time, losing his job doesn't just affect him. He needs time away to figure out his own stuff, for his sake as well as for yours. Does he want his little girl growing up with memories like this of her dad? Because if he stays around and lets her see the bad stuff he is going through she will grow up thinking her dad is mean and moody (speaking from experience here).

Him leaving is the only chance any of you have at the moment of saving this relationship. You all need space to figure out your own things. He needs to realise that his family are the number one in his life. He needs to undo some of the crap he has put you both through and that can only come from taking a few steps back, seeing Bea when he is happy and fun. Romancing you again and earning your trust and respect as a husband and father.

But, if he can't be the husband you need and the father bea deserves then he has no right at all to be anywhere close to either of you.

Hugs sweetie, it's a horrible thing you are going through and despite what you think you are being a star with it all. Thank god your little girl has you to be strong and for loving her as much as you do.

    right - i have a conumdrum.

new blokey - we have met up 5 times, all signals from him is that he likes, etc, etc,

we last went out on 7th jun, last weekend he was away with friends, i spoke to him breifly on sat night. he sadi he'd call when he got in on sunday. sunday no call - i tried to call him got his answer service. he sends me a text just after 10pm, he'd just got in and was v tired, and was going to bed (by, he gets up at 6am for his job) also said he'd call me monday. Monday no call - i call his mobile - switched off cos it goes to voice mail so i send him a txt was he watching the footie, hope all was ok....

tues, no call from him, i don't call or txt as i don't want to seem like i'm harrassing him!! :o

today, i send him a txt , saying i got all my college work in, hope i'm not bugging him but i like talking to him, and to take care. <- hoping to sound not clingy or anything like that but to let him know i liek him still.

so, my conumdrum - do i now leave it up to him to contact me next?

question to bloky types - how does the above seem to you? annoying? clingy? desparate? or 'ok, i know women like to have contact'

    i'm sooooooo confused!!!

STEP AWAY FROM THE PHONE, sorry didn't mean to shout there

Sally, please don't cry, as the other's have said, you don't deserve to be treated this way, life is too short and is not a rehearsal, but you must do what your heart feels is right. Sorry sermon over I will now go back into the small corner I crawled out of :o

I'm sure he does love her deep down, but surely she deserves the bubbling over kind of love, not something hidden
