Thank you everyone..I know what I need to do. I just feel sad, !!!!!, kicking a man when he's down. I know he loves her deep down and I guess he never had his dad around much so doesn't have any role model (I hoped he might want more for his daughter) but Im not prepared to put her through this carp week in week out

so i was thinking has this made him act like this?

Maybe he just needs a kick up the jacksy! Show him what he could be losing if he doesn't get his self together. You aren't kicking a man when he is down Sally, you are protecting your sanity and your daughters self esteem.
