SAR letter sent but no answer

I mean they know when and how i got the ppi, and maybe have the tape to listen to.

    Whether you fill it in or not is up to you some people are happy to others are not. They need to reply in 8 weeks if not send another letter re iterating your complaint. Give them 2 weeks for their answer and then go to the FOS. Send all mail recorded delivery.
