Hi hun
To be honest I would keep checking your bank account, I would not send them another if you've already sent one.
I was thinking though maybe they did not cash it because they could not supply everything, but then if this was the case they should of returned your payment with an explanation.
I would tell them on the letter, "you are aware they have already received the £10 cheque payment for this request".
Of course if you have not sent it then I would say yes to do so, but do not send out another hun, I would want to know what happened to the original payment.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thank you so much will send them the letter today and will update when i get an answer. The cheque i sent was with my maiden name as they haven't sent me a new cheque book, so maybe this could be an explanation but they should've return it and tell me they need another one0

With pleasure.;)
Let them know of the surname/maiden name, they should be able to chase this up, do you have the stub to this with the stub number, I would write that down as well.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Further to your letter dated 19th June 2009 containing some copies of information on my account I am writing to express my disappointment at the information provided. As you can clearly see from my request letter dated 5th May 2009 (copy of which I am enclosing now) I have requested all the information you have on my account e.g. A Copy of the agreement, Terms and Conditions, All Correspondence, Transaction History (statements) and information regarding any commissions received or paid while dealing with your business. I would like to kindly ask you to provide me with the requested information as soon as possible. As you have already had enough time to gather the information I should think that 7(seven) days is a reasonable time limit for you to send me the required information. Failure to do this and I shall contact the Information Commissioners office (ICO) and ask them for help in this matter. I would hope that you are aware that I have already provided you with a cheque of the value of 10GBP to cover for your costs (please, check my letter dated 5th May 2009)[/FONT]
