Well, as expected nothing came in the post in last week. If nothing comes on monday will have to call the ICO.0

Today although the postal workers were supposed to strike i got a letter from Barclaycard and guess what was in there. Just a copied agreement from 2001 without any signatures and a piece of paper with details of my last statement. On the 3rd piece of paper it says they have provided me with all the information and they are have completed their obligation to me under section 78.
Still i was hoping for the charges to be included but think i may request them separately. The initial thought was for the PPI to be claimed, but guess i'll take on the charges as well. I've been quite good with repayments so they will not be that much as some people claim, but don't like the way Barclaycard acts so i'll think about the charges as well.0 -

Hi there
Write back to them and request the list of charges and calculations, ask if they can post these by 7-14 days deadline.
Your go for it and the best of luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thank you, Di, will do this. Do i have to send a cheque to them?
They haven't cashed the £10 cheque for the Sar0 -

6th of May the letter was received by Barclays.
Hi hun
They are well overdue then.
I would ring them and ask them what they are doing about this, as they have not taken the payment either, tell them you have requested a Full SAR and you want them to supply all the info as requested on the SAR, if they are unable to send it, tell them you want an explanation in writing.
Of course also mention you have sent a payment for this, tell them the 40 days for them to comply was last month and that you are aware they received the request, by checking this out on the track and trace.
As I said above give them up to 14 days, they have had ample time to sort this out already, and any problems, contact the information commissioners office (ICO) here:
https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx
Ask if they are able to help, after explaining your situation.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I have received as i said before some logs on my account i.e address changes, name change, credit limit changes, but no charges, tapes or records on phone calls, just logs on a couple of calls with explanation why i called. No statements or anything else. I wrote back asking for the full Sar and the letter i got today with the agreement says they've completed their obligation. So, i guess i'll just ask for the charges and forget the rest.0

A little update and a question on my ppi claim. So i got a letter from Barclays today saying, sorry for your complaint, bla bla and there is a questionare for me to fill in, when and how i purchased the ppi, etc. the last questions are why haven't i brought the complaint earlier if i wasn't happy with it
And reason for cancellation. I've cancelled as i cannot pay it, it would get me into overlimit, and then charges applied. I haven't been working for a few years as i'm looking after my boy, and i don't think they would've paid up as hubby works and we don't get benefits. I've tried claiming a few years ago when i was still single and lost my contract, but they refused to pay as i didn't get benefits, and i didn't get benefits as this was a condition on my visa. So do i have to return the questionare or just wait for the 8 weeks time and then go to the ombudsman if they don't give me a final answer? I mean they know when and how i got the ppi, and maybe have the tape to listen to.
Thank you!0
