There are a couple of other play dough recipes to be found in the Craftwork section of the MEGA Index.

I would say so - freezing things keeps them as they were when you froze them....if that makes any sense!Climbing back on the OS wagon after a short vacation to Recklessness

They should be fine. I'm no authority on this, but I would imagine that flour, even when not kept in the freezer doesn't really go off anyway, as long as it's dry and kept in a decent container. I've never looked at the expiry dates of my bags of flour, although in fairness they don't tend to last long at all.0

Flour in the freezer? never heard of this way of storage before.
If the flour is just out of date I would use it up soon.If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

I always put flour, and porridge oats and other dried bits, in the freezer for at least 24 hours after purchase as we had weevils once and this is supposed to kill anything off. It seems to work as we haven't had weevils since. If I had a larger freezer, I would definitely store flour etc in there until use, but we only have a piddly little one
To the OP - I'd use it, it should be fine"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper
