Thanks Essex girl....couldn't remember who it was mentioned them....DD reckons that one sinus cavity cleared almost immediately and that the ear which has really been bothering her felt better, so looking at doing it every so often, especially having heard your positive experience.

    Hugs to all,

    Evening peeps

still nice and sunny here and very warm. It did look like rain by the time i got home so i didn`t hang out the washing straight away but i did put it out later, the thicker items may be left overnight and brought in early in the morning as the forecast for tomorrow is not good.

We had paella and garlic bread for tea tonight and i have a lovely freezing cold glass of wine beside me, just a few more bits and bobs to do in the kitchen and then i can relax properly, just had to pop out and bring back our oldie from the park - he didn`t want to walk around at all but was happy to sit and watch the ducks and the fishermen, young houndie needed to burn off some energy so after a while i went and fetched him and DH is still out with the very boisterous young monster :D

Ladyshopper - I managed to get ready superfast this morning and didn`t want to waste any time leftover so out came the iron :D i hate ironing but there are a few things that i can`t get away with leaving IYKWIM. Hope that your poorly puddy is ok ((((HUGS))))

Off back to the kitchen for half an hour

    Have a good evening everyone.

    Good luck for tommorrow JackieO
    Hope yesterday went well FE.
Beth, iIm glad you're with your Db. Try to relax and have some fun. xxx

Still very, very tired so taking things quite slowly here. :o The weather is due to get much worse for the next week so I spent some time in the garden as it might be the last chance for a while. Repotted some of the tomatoes and discovered a huge toad living under a pot in the greenhouse. I put out a plant saucer of water and he hopped straight in and has been sitting happily in it all day watching me work.:D
OH and I cleared out the second pond tonight for the fish to go in as the frogs seem to have objected to sharing their pond with them and have beggered off.
Finished assisting with Dtwin2's project tonight (making a huge Egyptian scroll). Both girls got very good reports so they will be getting extra spends for their holidays when we go.
Tea was lasagne, oven chips, HG salad and coleslaw. DStepmum brought the lasagne over with her when she came so there was little effort required from me. ;)
Sitting in the garden now with a glass of vino watching the sun going down, listening to the birdies and being eyed by a toad. :D

    Take care all
