sky cancellation rage

Just tried to cancel my sky sub - been a customer for 3 years and they say I need to write in because im still in contract

Turns out I took a multiroom subscription out 6 months ago and this was for 12 months. I guess I need to buy out the remaining 6 months. It says I must be a sky subscriber for the duration of multiroom. Does this mean I by default have to buy out 6 months tv subs as well?

...and I thought it would be simple

Rage? Either you need to get some perspective, or some help with big anger issues!

Yeah, when you take out multiroom you are tied into another 12 month contract, its only fair IMO.
